Head of Sales (Enterprise SaaS)

Skore is a very innovative product that is changing how companies share knowledge and train their employees. We have been investing a lot of energy creation a ground-breaking, killer product and that got us the attention from the whole world. We have users and leads in more than 50 countries today.
Now, it's the time for us to set up our Sales team and we are looking for someone to be the foundation for that team. We have a very specific type of person in mind for this job. It needs to be someone that is hungry for growth, that moves fast but accurately, and that is willing to change a little bit of compensation for long-term reward. This is a startup, so we want you to share a lit bit of the risk and reward.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and coaching a team of high-performance sales and customer success people
- Developing and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partnering with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicating our value proposition
- Understanding the market landscapes and trends
- Partnering with Marketing and Product/Technology in order to make sales flow more effective continuously
- Fluent English, written and oral forms. You will be talking to people all over the world.
- Proven sales executive experience in a B2B tech company
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Fully understanding of Sales funnel and prove ability to build and optimize a high-performance sales process
